We use Dodo Payments for card and local payment methods. Bitcoin payments are processed via BTCPay Server — fully self-hosted, no third-party custody.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 2 months — reach out to our sales team to set up an annual contract.
What counts as a concurrent call?
A concurrent call is any active call leg on your platform at a given moment, regardless of direction (inbound or outbound).
What happens if I exceed my concurrent call limit?
New calls are queued with a configurable overflow response (busy, voicemail, or custom IVR). You'll receive an alert and can upgrade instantly.
Can I have multiple white-label portals?
Yes. Business and Enterprise plans support multi-tenant white label, meaning each of your customers gets their own branded portal.
Is the API rate limited?
Growth plans include 1,000 API calls/minute. Business includes 10,000/minute. Enterprise is unlimited with dedicated infrastructure.
